We all know Demi Lovato can sing, she more than proved herself at the MTV EMA’s over the weekend when she killed it with “Sorry Not Sorry” and then she proved herself again at BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, where she also performed the classic “Skyscraper” as well as a heartwarming cover of Sam Smith’s fresh hit “Too Good at Goodbyes.”

Demi’s take was impressive enough to grab the attention and even high praise of the Stay With Me singer. “YES @ddlovato SAAAAAAANG IT” -Smith tweeted out, they might planning some collaboration, after all Demi did say “He’s such a sweetheart… I’d dying to collaborate with him” in the past.

This warm exchange only continued, with Demi returning the compliment with “Love you, And I LOVE your new music!!” To which Smith responded with “Ditto!! ‘Only forever’ has me deeply into my feelings xx congratulations beautiful xx”
