Up and coming London rapper AJ Tracey has released a new single titled “Quarterback” on 2 October 2017.

“Basically this track was inspired by the Super Bowl game recently,” Tracey tells Billboard.

“I was in a hotel in Glasgow and saw how Tom Brady was calling all the shots. I basically related to him in that sense. I feel like Brady in the music scene!”

“I started writing the hook. I got the beat from my boy Keanu who worked on Migos’ ‘What The Price,’ and got my brother Nyge to touch it up. Came out hard as hell — the growling bass is ridiculous! I started using the first half of the track at my live shows to come out to and it was going crazy. Fans knew the lyrics and the track hadn’t even dropped yet. Shit was wild.”
