In recent news about Morrissey, he bailed out on a concert after fans had waited hours for him, because he thought it was cold.

As fans found out well into the time when the show was supposed to start, after they’d been waiting in the mildly chilly night for Morrisey to show up, he found the temperature of the night disagreeable and the venue’s heating system wasn’t working. With this information, and knowing Morrisey, cue the following announcement: “Due to an inoperable heating system on stage, tonight’s engagement is postponed,” the announcement informed unsuspecting fans.

In True #Morrissey fashion… Heaven knows I’m miserable now.

Morrisey’s physical inability to wear a coat has led into some pretty interesting, although fully justified, angered and disappointed reactions alongside the footage of a full amphitheater of people leaving the place in disappointment. Next time you consider going to a Morrisey concert think again, you might just be left empty handed waiting in the cold, and then be ditched for a silly non-reason.
